Pinnacles Newsletter: March 2021
A Note from Jill
Happy March, everyone. Spring is right around the corner!
We made it through our inaugural lottery which occurred on February 20th and are working our way through the registration process of making it official for our founding families! The lottery allowed us to invite 65 sixth-grade students and 60 seventh-grade students to become part of the Pinnacles Prep family. Our waitlist currently has 14 students for grade six. If families decline their seats or fail to return their registrations by March 10th, we will contact families on the waitlist.
Still interested in enrolling with Pinnacles Prep? You can still fill out an application to be added to our waitlist. Attrition is natural and we expect that more seats will become available.
The Vernal Equinox is upon us and changes abound for our valley. It is the perfect time to explore our purpose! In that spirit, we invite aspiring and founding families and students to join us for our March workshops on Purpose, led by nXu Education. These opportunities exemplify Pinnacles approach to purpose development and social-emotional learning.
Additionally, we invite founding sixth graders and seventh graders to join a meet and greet so they can officially meet their classmates! Details are below!
We have so much gratitude for everyone who has helped move Pinnacles Prep from an idea to a reality. Thanks to everyone who has been supportive, provided helpful feedback, cheered us on, and made donations. All the positive energy is keeping us marching forward.
Onward!
Jill
